Betas Back on UTA Campus

There is a new Beta house on campus. The Chapter has recently moved into a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house on the UTA campus. The physical address is 901 UTA Blvd. and is located across the street from the Student Activities Building on the North West side of campus. Just look for the Greek letters, which were built by the 2003 Fall Pledge class.
The house will serve as a new meeting place for the chapter and will be the residence for several members. It is in a great location, has a good sized backyard and GREAT parking across the street. Photos will be posted soon to the web site.
The chapter would like to reserve as much of their finances for the Spring Rush ahead, so they have made a request for some things to make the house more livable. If you would like to donate anything please contact Jimmie Kellum @ (817) 714-6836 or jimmie21@hotmail.com and he will arrange picking it up.

Along with moving in, the Chapter is interested some Fraternal projects for the house. They would like to build a volleyball pit, a library for studying, a trophy case, a bar, and a privacy fence for the back yard. If you can help out, it would certainly be appreciated. If you are an area Alumni who has connections or skills in electrical, carpentry or construction and are interested in lending a hand, please let Jimmie know. They would like to finish a few of these projects before Spring rush hits.
If you are in the UTA area, stop by the house. It is located off of Cooper and UTA Blvd., just North West of the Architecture Building.
