Andrew Welch, President of the Epsilon Charge of Theta Delta Chi (TDX) hopes that this time, the fraternity is here to stay. Welch points to the history of his fraternity, and to William and Mary’s emphasis on tradition to indicate the necessity of maintaining a Theta Delta Chi charge on campus. Many successful W&M alumni were TDX brothers – Rt. Reverend A.M. Randolph (Class of 1855), Bishop of Virginia; William J. Henry (1963), President of Time Life Books, Inc.; Alvin D.
