WEST CHESTER -- About 10 to 12 West Chester University students stood in disbelief on a borough sidewalk Thursday afternoon, gathered outside the charred and gutted remains of their fraternity house, Kappa Delta Rho.

GREENSBURG, PA - In October of 2003, the Delta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at Colgate University admitted to hazing some of its new members. After an investigation, both the National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho and Colgate University placed the chapter on probation. Despite both our and the University's punitive actions, we learned that the chapter continued to haze its new members. The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho learned on November 20, 2003 that Colgate University, after conducting internal judicial hearings, closed the Delta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho.
